Is it possible, to add the MHSI APN to a student 50 plan? so that I get better speeds than a cdma device?

Since I changed down plans to unlimited data I no longer get the best speeds.

Still a dedicated 1.5Mbps, but i was getting 5 on my old plan.

Let me know if this is doable, I could perhaps be persuaded to give virtual oral stimulation.
